- Serves as a bridge between organizations and organizations' service providers for the betterment of organizations' objectives beginning before contracts are signed.
- Develops and monitors written requirements and expectations for vendors and service providers regarding pricing, terms, installations and turn-up of systems or services for organized projects.
- Manages rollouts of new systems from proposals through acceptances and ensures vendor commitments are maintained, proper training is provided for staffs and on-going processes are in place to handle unexpected issues.
